Hello i hsve been having this pain this week. Don’t remember twisting or hurting my foot. Why is this happening ?
Sharp pain on side of foot
I think Peroneal Tendonitis must be what’s going on with my foot. Today I noticed a sudden sharp pain what I would call behind/below my ankle on the outside of my foot. I don’t remember hurting myself, but there was some icy/unstable ground. I thought maybe it was a fracture of some sort, but the location suggests otherwise.
It doesn’t hurt at all if I’m not putting pressure on it – walking on it or pressing it with my fingers.
I’m wondering what to do for this condition. Is this just a “go easy on it” situation?
